United States Domestic Shipping
Policies and Guidelines

Hawaiian Moon ships to all fifty United States. Orders are all processed and shipped from the company's facility in Hawaii. Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be shipped. Orders will be shipped via USPS.  All other methods such as FedEx or UPS is applicable to additional charges accordingly.

Arrival times may fluctuate on the method of shipment used and the destination of the shipment.  Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

P.O. Boxes

Any shipments delivered to P.O. boxes will be forwarded to U.S. Postal Services Registered Mail. Missing orders can only be traced after 15 business days from the ship date. 

Please provide us with a complete address for your shipment. If billing address is different from your shipping address, make sure it is inputted in the appropriate area of the check out process.

Tracking Delivery

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number on your email notification once the shipment has been made. You may use this tracking number to check your package by simply going on www.FedEx.com or a delivery confirmation number at www.usps.com.

Delivery Charges

All shipments delivered to the fifty United States and Hawaii (EXCLUDING APO/FPO addresses) is absolutely FREE on orders $100 or more.  Shipping offer is valid only within our online shipping guidelines.  Please accept this offer as our way of saying "Make yourself at home! Keep Hawaii in your heart. Wear a piece of island art".   A Flat rate of $6.50 will be charged for shipping and handling on orders under $100.

Items Out of Stock

Occasionally, high demand may result in items being out of stock. Our items are issued out on a first come first serve basis.  You will only be billed on items that are shipped. We are unable to accept back orders through Hawaiian Moon.com.

Hawaiian Moon is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.

International Shipping

Hawaiian Moon is honored to service our international friends excluding Nigeria and Morocco.  Orders are all processed and shipped from the company's facility in Hawaii. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be shipped. Orders may be shipped via Yamato Transport, FedEx, or USPS.

Arrival times are typically in 4-6 business days (sooner to Canada and Mexico). Deliveries are only made Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Please provide us with a complete address for your shipment. If billing address is different from your shipping address, make sure it is inputted in the appropriate area during your check out process.

Tracking delivery

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number on your email notification once the shipment has been made. Simply go onto https://ype.yamatoparcel.co.jp/ktt/track,  www.FedEx.com or www.USPS.com to track your package using the tracking number provided.

(Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are not reflected in our prices. United States Postal Service, FedEx and Yamato Transport will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. You may contact your local customs office for more information. Applicable duties and tax charges vary depending on the country destination.)
