RETURN POLICY

We truly appreciate your business!  We hope your purchase is everything you anticipated and more.  However, before putting the garment on, we would like you to take a few minutes of your time to read the following information.  Please note, our online Return Policy is only valid for purchases made on our website only.  Purchases made at our retail stores must follow the store policy as presented in the stores and store receipts.

Online Returns and Exchange Policy:

We want our customers to feel comfortable with their purchase.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, merchandise credit, or a prompt refund excluding original shipping cost.

Please fill out and print our ONLINE RETURN and EXCHANGE FORM to process your returns.  You will receive an email with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to authorize your return.  Remember to enclose a copy of the form with your return and clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of the box.

Condition of the Return:

Items worn with a perfume or deodorant stains and/or odor, washed, or handled inappropriately, will not be accepted and returned at the customer's expense.  Upon receipt of your return, an Inspection and approval will be processed.  Please allow your account to be credited within 1-2 credit card billing cycles.  A check will be mailed for orders purchased by checks.

Shipping Procedures:

Customers will not be responsible for the shipping cost only if the merchandise is shipped incorrectly.  Otherwise, we will credit your account on the cost of the merchandise only minus the cost we incurred in shipping the product to you. Returns must be made no later than 30 days from the time you received your order. Shipments made after 30 days will be rejected at the customer's expense or a 25% restocking fee will be incurred.  Please also remember if you are returning an item based on an incorrect size requested on your order, we will gladly exchange it with the correct size within 30 days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for special orders.  Exchanges, store credit, and returns, are not valid.

Merchandise may be returned via U.S. Postal Service, FedEX, or UPS, fully insured.  C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.  Please return items in the original box if possible or a quality box.  Enclose a copy of the receipt, and the Online Return and Exchange form. Shipment should be returned to:

Items with no receipt or gift items:

You may exchange your item or receive a merchandise credit.

Items returned to our store will be forwarded to the online department:

To insure your order is properly handled, online orders may only be returned or exchanged by mailing your items to our online department at 501 Sumner Street #401, Honolulu Hi, 96817. 

If an item is returned to the retail store, it will be forwarded to the online department.  The credit will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the item has been received.  HawaiianMoon.com is a separate entity from the Hawaiian Moon retail stores.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect a sales tax on orders made only in the state of Hawaii.
